Upgrading Code on the Fire SLC PC Board to the Current 4.4 Version

Tech Note:  Upgrading Code on the Fire SLC PC Board to the Current 4.4 Version.

The addressable model FWC-FSLC-SCH, FWC-FSLC-SH and FWC-FSLC-SMK-E sensors may require a firmware update to the GEMC-FW-SLC for compatibility.  If the GEMC-FW-SLC is firmware version 4.4 Triangle 8, then it is compatible with these sensors.  If the version number is 3.4 Triangle 7, it may be updated to the latest version using the procedure in this tech note.  The version number is indicated on a triangular shaped sticker on the GEMC-FW-SLC circuit board.
